I found the Bavarian Bark Spud from holden Tool, and it looked perfect for de-barking the 30 or so pine logs I have that I'll be using to build a small log cabin. This spud is great due to the length of the handle and the curved edge blade is sturdy and VERY sharp. I recommend Holden Tool Co. to anyone looking for quality tools.
